This update is the biggest yet, with enhancements to the login experience and a new team management section. There were also minor bug fixes to the file browser and timeline.

Password-free Login Experience

That’s right, traditional passwords are eliminated. Instead of creating and remembering a password, users receive a secure, single-use password (also called a one-time passcode or OTP) sent directly to their email address each time they log in.

These codes are time-limited and can only be used once, which makes them significantly more secure than user-defined passwords. Unlike traditional passwords—which can be weak, reused across multiple sites, or vulnerable to theft, single-use passwords reduce the risk of unauthorized access because:

  • They expire quickly, so even if intercepted, they can’t be reused
  • There’s no stored password that can be hacked or leaked
  • Users don’t need to remember or manage passwords, reducing risky behaviors like reuse or writing them down

This approach provides a safer, simpler login experience while maintaining strong account protection.

Property Management Team Collaboration and Sharing

Managing access to your portfolio has been completely reimagined. The Team Members section represents a major leap forward, making it easier than ever to securely share access with the people who matter most.

From the dashboard you can now invite and manage a wide range of collaborators, including banks, buyers, maintenance teams, and your property management team. This streamlined approach eliminates the need for workarounds like shared logins or scattered communication, giving each stakeholder the right level of access to stay informed and take action when needed.

Whether you’re coordinating with a lender, providing visibility to a potential buyer, or working alongside vendors and staff, everyone stays aligned through a centralized, easy-to-use experience.
